Returns

In case the product does not live up to your expectations, you are able to return it within 100 days after delivery.  Returns will be accepted only  when unused/unworn and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return if we suspect the product has been used/worn. To return or change the product you simply follow the instructions below:

If you want to return boxers & socks: send an email to info@mytonsurton.com, please include the product and order number. Within 24 hours we will send you link with a return label.

We like to offer our products for the best price possible. Therefore it is not possible for us to compensate the returning costs of your return. We hope for your understanding. To return you have to meet all the requirements below:

1. You have received the product within the last 14 days;
2. All labels and tag should still be attached to the product;
3. The product is not worn/washed;
4. The product is still in the original condition.

Important! Save the Track & Trace details of your return shipping. It’s the customers responsibility if the package gets lost during the return shipping and you don’t have the Track & Trace details.
